These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pensoul's website and card customization service. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Our Service
Pensoul helps you create personalized greeting cards: our AI drafts a message from the details you provide, and a robotic arm writes the final message by hand with real ink on physical cardstock, which we prepare and ship to you or directly to your recipients.
Orders and Payment
Prices are shown in USD and are due in full at checkout, processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order you confirm the recipient details and message content are accurate and lawful. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that violates these Terms, including content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights.
AI-Generated Content
The AI copy tool suggests message text based on the keywords you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the suggested text before it is written onto your card — we do not guarantee the AI's output is accurate, appropriate, or error-free for your specific use case.
Production and Shipping
Cards are handwritten to order once payment is confirmed; production and shipping timelines will be communicated at checkout or by our team. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the shipping carrier — we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Cancellations and Refunds
Because each card is custom-written to order, we generally cannot offer refunds once handwriting production has started. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering if you need to make a change — we'll do our best to accommodate you before production begins.
Intellectual Property
The Pensoul name, logo, and website design are our property. The message content and recipient details you submit remain yours; you grant us a limited license to use them solely to produce and ship your order.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pensoul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
