To generate, print, and ship the handwritten cards you order; to process payment through Stripe; to generate AI copy suggestions (the recipient name and keywords you provide are sent to our AI provider solely to draft the message text); to respond to business inquiries and provide customer support; to improve our service and prevent fraud or abuse.
Who We Share It With
We share the minimum data necessary with: Stripe, to process payments; our AI copywriting provider, to generate message drafts; our shipping and fulfillment partners, to deliver your cards. We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We keep order and inquiry records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet accounting and tax obligations, and resolve disputes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
